Admission & Eligibility
Documents to be submitted along with admission form for SYJC New Admission (Maharashtra State Board)
- Statement of marks 2 attested copies along with original has to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Passing Certificate ( 2 attested photo copy & Original to be shown at the time of admission).
- College Leaving Certificate Original & 1 attested
- FYJC Result (Original)
- FYJC NOC (Non Objection Certificate) & 2 attested photo copies
- * Caste Certificate – 1 attested copy (Original to be shown at the time of admission).
- Aadhaar Card 2 Photo Copy.
- Address Proof 2 Photo Copy (Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Flat Agreement, Etc.)
- 4 Passport Size Photographs
Scheme of Evaluation
- First Unit Test: 50 marks. (Written + Oral)
- First Terminal Exam: 100 marks. (Written + Oral)
- Preliminary examination for SYJC Students is compulsory
- Examinations are conducted as per the rules laid down by the Maharashtra State Board
Health & Physical Education Compulsory (Graded examination)
- 50 marks exam in each term
- 25 marks written exam will be conducted during the first term and Second Term.
- 25 marks Practical in each term.
The average marks obtained by the student will be converted into grades and displayed on the final mark sheet issued to the student for the academic year.
Environment education and water security. Compulsory (Graded examination)
- Total of 50 Marks
- 30 marks Project and 20 marks journal have to be submitted by every student.
- The marks obtained by the student will be added to the total marks scored by the student in the academic year.

COLLEGE TIMING - 12.15 pm to 4.45 pm
OFFICE TIMING - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
